High Rigidity Structure, Built for "Hard Nuts"

 

Although compact in size, the T-7P prioritizes "high rigidity." Facing common challenges in titanium alloy machining such as high cutting forces and uncontrollable vibrations, this machine employs a fully supported load structure to effectively suppress machining resonance, ensuring micron-level stability under heavy cutting.

 

Core Configuration: High Speed and Quick Tool Change

 

In its core configuration, the T-7P demonstrates a balance of high speed and high efficiency:

 

- High-speed spindle: Equipped with a BBT40 spindle, with speeds up to 20,000 rpm. The BB40's double-sided constraint toolholder structure significantly enhances the rigidity of the tool-spindle connection, not only meeting the torque requirements of titanium alloy cutting but also enabling high-speed finishing and improved surface finish.

 

- High-efficiency tool change system: Equipped with a servo tool magazine, featuring 20 tool positions as standard. Compared to traditional pneumatic or frequency converter tool magazines, servo drives offer shorter tool change paths and smoother movements, effectively reducing non-cutting waiting time, making it particularly suitable for titanium alloy parts requiring multi-tool machining.

 

- High-precision transmission: The three-axis lead screw and linear guide utilize high-precision components from THK (Japan), coupled with a 12mm large-pitch lead screw, ensuring both rapid traverse response and high positioning and repeatability accuracy under long-term heavy-load operation.

 

Intelligent matching: Ensuring process stability

 

Notably, this model comes standard with an automatic tool setter. Tool wear is a major concern in titanium alloy machining. The tool setter enables online tool breakage detection and automatic compensation, significantly reducing manual inspection errors and ensuring high yield rates for 24/7 production. Jiante CNC stated that the T-7P is not a simple drilling and tapping machine, but a specialized model customized for viscous materials such as titanium alloys. With the shift of 3C electronics towards titanium alloy frames and the increasing demand for medical orthopedic implants, the T-7P is expected to become a "productivity tool" for small and medium-sized precision parts manufacturers to overcome the bottlenecks in titanium alloy processing.
